This FORD Model A Shifter Spring Compressor tool is a MUST have for every Model A owner!! This all USA steel constructed (3/16" thick plate), CNC laser cut, Heavy Duty Spring Compressor tool is designed for years of service. This handy tool is a must for removing and/or installing the gear shift lever. It safely compresses the spring in the gear shifting tower, allowing you to remove or install the retainer/keeper. Servicing your gear-box couldn't be easier!! It comes with an installation diagram and instructions. Everything you need to do the job right the first time!!
