This is an NHRA approved bolt-in application Driveshaft Safety Loop for the 82-87 GM G - body chassis (Monte, Grand Prix, Regal, and Cutlass). Bolts to existing floor pan mounting holes with no drilling or welding required!!! This is a must for tracks that require a safety loop for cars running faster than 12.99 in a quarter mile. The loop has a 5-1/8" I.D. and is constructed of 1/4" (0.250") thick USA made mild steel, "Laser Cut" bolt slots for a perfect fit and fully TIG welded for superior strength. All are Powder Coated High Gloss Black.
