This Ford Model A socket wrench set accommodates both the "Camshaft Nut" (1928-34) and the "Crankshaft Ratchet Nut" combined into one convenient package. This All USA steel constructed (1/4" thick plate), CNC laser cut, Heavy Duty set of sockets is designed for years of service. In addition, they both can be used with 1/2" drive ratchets for easy removal and installation. It also works great for help in turning over the engine while timing (may not fit with the engine in the car). WILL NOT DAMAGE either nut during removal or installation. With this socket wrench combo, it makes replacing the "Timing gear, Crank pulley or Ratchet nut" a simple task!!
In the 3rd picture, it shows both nuts setting inside the tools. This is how they should fit PRIOR to being used. If they don't sit flush there is some type of damage present whether it be a rolled corner, a rolled edge, rust, etc. That issue would need to be addressed for the tools to work properly (camshaft and ratchet nuts not included).
